Ethics Committee

Aytekin Poultry maintains an Ethics Committee responsible for overseeing the application of our ethical principles and for resolving ethical issues. The committee is made up of representatives from across our departments and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

The principal duties of the Ethics Committee are as follows:

  • Monitoring and auditing the application of our ethical principles
  • Organising training on our ethical principles
  • Assessing and investigating reports of ethical breaches
  • Putting forward proposals to develop our ethical principles further

Reporting an Ethical Breach

At Aytekin Poultry, we are determined that our ethical principles are observed. We provide secure channels for you to report any situation you believe to be in breach of those principles. All reports are treated in confidence, and no retaliation of any kind against the person reporting is permitted.
